Stripper and Polymer Remover removes by-products (polymers) which are generated in the process of removing photo resist after the etching is complete or in the process of dry etching. They also eliminate non-volatile residues on the surface after the ashing process. According to their applications, chemicals are divided into those for semiconductors and those for LCD's.
